Nauvoo Fudge Factory
Because we are a small family business, our “factory” consists of making our fudge one batch at a time, using only the freshest and best ingredients available. No artificial flavors or preservatives are used in the process. Each batch is made the ‘old-fashioned’ way by cooking it in a copper kettle (we have no machines or automatic equipment). The cooked fudge is poured onto a cold marble table, then at just the right time it is stirred and worked around the table to make it extra creamy as it cools.
